Some input data are sensor data, delivered by sensor data services. The main input for Ps1, Ps2 and Ps4 is the Water stage – obtained from real-time sensors. Other information retrieved from real-time sensors concerns the upstream stations stage and the dam water stage.
Historical water stages and the discharge prognosis represent 2D time series used as input in Ps2 and Ps3 (simulations can also be taken into account). Ps2 takes into account the evolutions in time of different water stages and the result, the n-day prognosis, is expressed also as a function of time, while Ps3 determines the evacuation plan for the water in dams.
